1. What is PropertyBang?

A: PropertyBang is productivity software that helps you to submit your property listings automatically to many of the popular property websites, eg. i-Property. All you need to do is to fill in your login details for each website once and PropertyBang will do the work for you. For each property listing, just input the information once and PropertyBang will help you submit to many property portals at one go.

2. Why must I subscribe to PropertyBang?

A: PropertyBang is specially designed for busy property professionals like yourself. It is the first software that helps you save time and resources so that you can save your time for more important property viewings and of course, your loved ones. If you spend 10 minutes to submit a listing to a property portal, you will need 100 minutes to submit the same listing to 10 websites. With PropertyBang, you will only need 10 minutes to submit the property details to 10 websites. So think about how many properties you market each year? Is PropertyBang worth an investment?

3. Can I try out PropertyBang?

A: Definitely. We offer a 2 weeks free trial for all new users. All you have to do is to register for a Premium account and you will be brought to our dashboard and you can start using it.

4. Which property portals will my property listings be posted to?

A: At the moment, we post your property listings to 6 portals. They are i-Property, ST-701 (STProperty), Property-Hub, Singapore-Expats and Property-Exchange. PropertyBang is constantly improving. In time to come, we will cover more property portals. All new enhancements will be made available to new and existing members.

5. What if I do not have a membership with the property portals?

A: You will be required to input your username and password for each property portal in order for PropertyBang to submit it for you. For portals with free registration, we highly recommend that you should register an account. For paid portals, you may decide not to sign up an account but do note that your listings will not be posted to them.

6. How can I pay for my subscription after the free trial?

A: We accept 2 modes of payment.
(a) Via Paypal from your Members Page. Please sign in to proceed with payment.
(b) Via Bank Transfer to Standard Chartered Current Account, 01-0-260940-3.

7. How much is the subscription?

A: The original price is $199 per year. For a limited period, we are offering you at $249 per year (nett). Do not miss out on this special promotion!

8. What support is available if I subscribe to PropertyBang?

A: If there is any problem with the software, you can contact us 24/7 via support@propertybang.com. PropertyBang is constantly improving. All new enhancements to PropertyBang will be made available to existing members at no additional cost. It will be conveyed to you via a software update.

9. How do I cancel my subscription with PropertyBang?

A: You can cancel your subscription with PropertyBang via PayPal. After you logged onto your PayPal account, click on Details for your recurring payment to EXperienceIT Pte Ltd. On the subscription details page in PayPal, click Cancel.

10. Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund if I find PropertyBang unsuitable?

A: PropertyBang offers a 30-day money back guarantee (includes the 2-week trial period). You can cancel your subscription with PropertyBang via PayPal. After you logged onto your PayPal account, click on Details for your recurring payment to EXperienceIT Pte Ltd. On the subscription details page in PayPal, click Cancel. Once you have done this, please send an email to friends@propertybang.com so that we can process the refund to your PayPal account. Please allow 10 working days for us to process the refund. We strictly do not entertain any requests for refund after 30 days.

11. What if there is an error when I use PropertyBang?

A: If there is any problem with the software, you can contact us 24/7 via support@propertybang.com. Sometimes, error occurs when the property portal changes their algorithm. For such instances, our technical team will upgrade PropertyBang and conveyed it to you via a software update. We value your feedback so please let us know if there are any problems or mismatch of information on the portal.

12. If a property portal is missing from your existing list, can I request for it to be included?

A: Definitely! We value your feedback. Please let us know if there are any popular portals that we may have missed out. We will consider including them in our next enhancement.

13. If I have a corporate property portal for my own team of agents, can I request for my portal to be included in PropertyBang to help my agents in the automated posting?

A: Yes, we value all members and will explore all options to make your work easier. Please contact us at friends@propertybang.com for a discussion.

14. Do you conduct PropertyBang demo sessions for property professionals?

A: Yes, PropertyBang team will be happy to meet up with property professionals for a demo session or Q&A session. These sessions will be conducted upon request. As long as there are 10 or more interested property professionals, we will conduct a demo/ FAQ session at your preferred venue. Please email your preferred date, time and venue to friends@propertybang.com.

Technical FAQ

1. How can I change the username and password for the respective property portals on PropertyBang?

A: You can change the password of the respective property portals on PropertyBang by clicking My Settings on PropertyBang. For the usernames, you have to contact friends@propertybang.com for such changes.

2. I cannot find my commercial listing on PropertyHub after submitting. Why is this so?

A: PropertyHub does not allow commercial listing to be posted.

3. I see an error message during the submission to the respective property portals. What should I do?

A: Sometimes, the error could be caused by a downtime on the respective property portals. We advise members to repost the listing. If the same error persists, please send a printscreen of the error to support@propertybang.com. Our technical team is always on standby to resolve any problems.
